High Wear Resistance
The diesel engine cylinder liner supplied by EPID is made of high quality alloy cast iron and other materials with high hardness. The inner surface of the cylinder liner has been honed and other fine processing treatments have to form a specific micro-texture, which can store lubricating oil, effectively reduce friction, and improve wear resistance during the piston movement, thus prolonging the service life of the cylinder liner. It can ensure the engine can run hundreds of thousands of kilometers under high-load working conditions without replacing the cylinder liner.

Good Heat Dissipation
The outside of the cylinder liner is generally in direct contact with the coolant, and the material has good thermal conductivity, which can transfer heat to the coolant. This ensures that the working temperature inside the cylinder liner is maintained within a reasonable range.

High Dimensional Accuracy
The inner diameter of the engine cylinder liner is extremely high in dimensional accuracy. The high-precision cylinder liner we supply can ensure good sealing and reduce power loss. We use CNC machining centers and other advanced equipment to process the cylinder liner to ensure that the cylindricity error is controlled between 0.002 and 0.005mm.
